- An abstract must be submitted and accepted for you to give a podium presentation. The podium presentations will take place in the Dengerink Administration Building Auditorium, Room 110 between 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Each presentation will be allotted ten minutes. This includes time for the presentation and questions. If you are not finished with your talk in 10 minutes, you will be asked to finish anyways. Please plan accordingly.
- Presentations must be uploaded prior to showcase date. You will need to send your presentation to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 5 p.m. Monday, April 10. The attachment must be a PowerPoint file.
Please arrive and check in 10 minutes prior to your confirmed judging time.
Awards will be given to the top three undergraduate and top three graduate student podium presentations.
The first place winners in the undergraduate and graduate student categories will be given three to five minutes to recap their research project at the awards ceremony at 2 p.m. in the Dengerink Administration Building Auditorium, Room 110.
