This is a reminder from Vancouver IT to check your Junk Email folder from time to time. While it’s not unusual for legitimate emails to get routed to the Junk Email folder occasionally, IT has noticed an increase in misrouting of emails lately. The email system is currently hosted partly in the Office 365 cloud and partly in Pullman making the management of junk mail a little more complicated than usual. The most reliable way to mark certain emails as "not junk" is through Outlook in webmail, not Outlook installed on your computer. To do this, login to webmail (link at vancouver.wsu.edu), go to the Junk Email folder, right click on the email in question and choose “Mark as not junk.” For help, contact the Vancouver IT HelpDesk at 360-546-9770 or email email@example.com.
