Position summary: 

Coordinate room scheduling for all academic classes and supporting sessions at WSU Vancouver campus. Provide registration and enrollment assistance to students, faculty, and staff. Create and maintain schedule of classes and final exam schedule for each academic term (fall, spring, and summer). Maintain official transcript information according to University policies. Provide advice and problem solving support to faculty, staff, and students regarding registration and room scheduling, as well as other issues and processes related to the Registrar’s Office function. Process and maintain numerous documents such as grade changes, change of campus, cancellations, certification of programs, etc.

Minimum requirements: 

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.

Additional Requirements:

Two years’ experience working with complex databases and records.

Preferred qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience working in an office setting in higher education, preferably a large university with multiple campuses.

Experience with University operations, policies and procedures, particularly with registration and/or scheduling processes and procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc.)

Experience working in an environment requiring high attention to detail.

Experience working collaboratively within a team and across organizational lines.

Salary: 
$2,724.00 per month
