Position Minimum requirements
Adjunct Faculty, Biology

Candidates must possess a Master’s or Ph.D. terminal degree in a related discipline.

Successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to working with diverse student and community populations

Instructor of Mathematics

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematics Education.

A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics along with a graduate degree in a related field may also be acceptable.

Experience in developing and teaching undergraduate courses at the university level is required.

Adjunct Faculty Pool - Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, and Physics

Candidates must possess a Master’s or Ph.D. terminal degree in a related discipline.  Preferred qualifications include experience teaching at a college level.

Adjunct Faculty, Comparative Cultures

Master's degree in a non-English language, linguistics, comparative literature, or a related field focusing on non-US culture or society.

Clinical Assistant Professor of Finance

Candidates must:

1) Have a PhD or research-oriented DBA in business with a concentration in Finance or related field from an AASCB accredited institution or similarly recognized international program. ABDs with sufficient evidence of degree completion before the hire date and ability to publish will be considered.

2) Demonstrate evidence of overall teaching excellence (supported by teaching evaluations) and excellence in teaching the introductory finance course.

3) Demonstrate the ability to publish in quality finance journals and maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic (SA) status within the Carson College of Business guidelines.

Adjunct Faculty, Physics

Candidates must possess, at least, M.S. in physics or related discipline.
