Position Minimum requirements
Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Services

Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, construction management, or similar field and six (6) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, which has included at least three (3) years of managerial experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may substitute for the education requirement.

Additional Requirements:

Experience in a senior level position with a record of successful leadership in facilities operations.

Experience in providing timely and cost responsive customer service while balancing stewardship of institutional needs.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Possession of, or ability to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license.

Experience managing effectively within a diverse environment and promoting cultural diversity and positive workplace climate.
