If using state funds, complete a Request to Serve Food form (PDF) [requires Network ID and password] 10 days in advance of the event. The completed form must be submitted to Finance and Operations with the purchasing and/or invoice documentation. This form is not required if using 17A funds.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Pre-semester and summer session
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Final exam week
