WSU Vancouver offers 18 bachelor’s degrees, nine master’s degrees, and one doctoral degree. Classes are offered in more than 37 fields of study.
WSU Vancouver’s undergraduate degree programs include developing skills in communication and critical reasoning, and acquiring knowledge of culture, society, and scholarly principles and methods in diverse disciplines, as a basis for developing increasingly sophisticated knowledge in students’ chosen major field of study. Undergraduate and graduate degree programs feature culminating experiences and projects that are opportunities for students to synthesize and apply their knowledge and skills such as internships and research papers. WSU Vancouver prepares students to become engaged and productive citizens, civic leaders, and skilled professionals.
WSU Vancouver offers undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, and certificates. The completion of a bachelor’s degree requires the successful completion of at least 120 semester credit hours; a master’s degree requires at least 45 semester credit hours; and the EdD requires at least 72 semester credit hours. Certificates, which require at least 15 semester credit hours, formally recognize a body of specific coursework in a focused area short of obtaining a degree.
